Orders
All garments are made to order. Orders are confirmed when payment clears. Production begins within 48 hours and ships within 7–10 business days from a workshop in Florence, Antwerp, or Tokyo, depending on the piece.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are listed in Euros (€), VAT included for orders shipped within the EU. Customers outside the EU may be charged duties on import; these are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached. Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are not returnable. Return shipping is free within the EU; outside the EU, the customer covers return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over €500 within the EU. Express options available at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy, design, and pattern work on blackwhitegray.archive is the property of Monochrome Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission. The Monochrome wordmark and "Studies in Absence" tagline are protected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Monochrome's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Paris.
